End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“End User,” “you,” or “Licensee”) and Graphicted.com (“Licensor,” “we,” or “us”) governing your use of digital products purchased or downloaded from graphicted.com.
1. Grant of License Graphicted grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital products according to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2. Permitted Uses
- You may use the digital products for personal and commercial projects, subject to limitations outlined herein.
- You may modify digital products (such as mockups or templates) for your projects.
- You may use fonts and icons within your designs, both digital and printed.
3. Restrictions You may NOT:
- Sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute digital files in original or modified forms.
- Make digital files publicly accessible (e.g., uploading to websites for public download).
- Claim ownership or authorship of the digital products.
4. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights in the digital products remain the sole property of Graphicted. This Agreement does not grant ownership of the digital products to the Licensee.
5. Termination This license is effective until terminated. Graphicted may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete any downloaded files from your devices.
6. No Warranty Digital products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Graphicted does not guarantee that the digital products will meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability Graphicted shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use digital products.
8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Graphicted harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse or unauthorized use of the digital products.
9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
10. Amendments Graphicted reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
